What we automate

The jobs your team does by hand today

Freight rating

Live rates from several carriers compared inside your own system, with the business rules you already use.

CBSA ACI eManifest

XML built from shipment data, sent over SFTP, with acknowledgements polled and saved back to your database.

Tracking updates

Status events pulled from carriers on a schedule and pushed to your customers and dashboards.

Oracle and MySQL back ends

PL/SQL packages and triggers that keep shipments, billing and manifests consistent.

File ingestion

CSV, Excel and XML files from partners loaded automatically, validated and logged.

Monitoring and alerts

Failed submissions and rejected manifests raise an alert instead of being found days later.

FAQ

Logistics automation questions

Can you connect to the carriers we already use?

Yes. We integrate with carrier REST and SOAP APIs, EDI and SFTP file exchanges. If a carrier has no API, we can automate its file exchange.

Do you handle CBSA ACI eManifest?

Yes. We generate the ACI eManifest XML from your shipment data, send it through your service provider by SFTP, and read acknowledgements back automatically so your team only sees exceptions.

Do we have to replace our current system?

No. We build on top of what you have, whether that's an Oracle or MySQL database, an existing .NET app, or spreadsheets.

Who owns the code?

You do. When the project is paid for, you receive the full source code and documentation.

How long does a typical integration take?

A single carrier integration usually takes 2 to 4 weeks. We give you a fixed scope and timeline after a free workflow audit.
